We use the scrabble dictionary for all words. Common words are top 20,000 daily use, Rare words are the lesser used words. Touching a letter tells you how many words exist.
Score triple for finding rare words but lose points for guessing a wrong word so randomly pressing buttons will not lead to Glory. Top scorers will get their names remembered for all eternity! Most people can find 15 words fairly quickly but then you have to start thinking.
